Central Park has a wide frontage on one of the main boulevards in Burgas - Yanko Komitov, overlooking Sveta Troitsa Park. Description
Central Park is a modern, mixed-use development project that offers first class office, residential and retail space. It comprises of three Class A office buildings with an area of approximately 40,000 m2., which upon completion will have the capacity to host about 4,200 workers. The residential buildings planned for development are also three, with a total of 690 apartments. Central Park offers around 23,000 m2 of retail areas on two levels and will accommodate large supermarket, furniture store, showroom, fitness and spa center, children’s center, restaurants, pharmacy, cafeterias, botanical garden and variety of services. Parking areas occupy two underground levels, where also the visitors parking is envisaged. The last stage of project’s development is scheduled for completion by 2024.
